What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for working with the part of your brain that drives 90% of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours each day. This part is most commonly called the unconscious or the subconscious. As well as being in charge of all your physical processes such as hunger, hormones, sex drive etc., it stores all of your experiences in the form of memories, so that they can be referred back to when guiding us safely through life. The unconscious steers our decision making each day by looking at what we’ve experienced in the past and what that is likely to mean about the future.
This means that sometimes, our experiences from the past can be negatively influencing our ability to create the life and business that we desire. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way of reprogramming some of those messages that have become lodged in your brain about what you can or can’t achieve, and creating new messages and internal programs that will bring more freedom into your life to truly choose how you want to live.
This therapy is in part conversational, and in part more traditionally what you might expect of hypnosis. You are always in control, you are always safe, and you are very likely to find it enjoyable, relaxing and insightful.
