About entrepeneur wellbeing and mindset coach and hypnotherapist Victoria Ward

I’m Victoria Ward, and I might just be exactly the person you’ve been looking for to help you get your head straight so that your business can boom and your personal life can thrive.

I empower entrepreneurs to overcome their fears, doubts and insecurities, so that you can create breakthroughs in your business and fulfillment in your life.

I started working with hypnosis, because hypnosis worked for me.

When I fell pregnant with my son I had a mortal fear of childbirth. Hypnotherapy relieved me of that fear and allowed me to enjoy a calm and (relatively!) comfortable, positive and drug-free birthing experience. I then quit my job as an ambitious magazine editor, and trained first in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP, and later in personal coaching.

I started coaching entrepreneurs after I hired a coach who helped me take my business to the next level.

I get it. You haven’t budgeted for coaching. Nor had I, but when I started to invest in my own personal and business development I started to see my investment paying off immediately. I work with several coaches, therapists and mentors now who help me to stay on track, challenge me, and overcome whatever obstacles I throw in my own way.

I love running by own business and love helping my clients to succeed in theirs too.

I worked as a general hypnotherapist for many years, and found myself naturally gravitating towards and attracting clients who were running their own enterprises. I quickly came to understand the issues and challenges they were facing in keeping their professional and personal lives running smoothly.

I am big on work/life “balance”*

Not only have I made it my mission to empower entrepreneurs everywhere to take charge of their mental wellness, but I’m hot on it for myself too. I value family time and prioritize it wherever possible.

Meditation and exercise are non-negotiables for me, and I build time into my week for them on a regular basis. One of my core values is growth and learning, and I feed this by being a bit of a course junkie, and ploughing through the pile of personal development books on my bedside table. Holidays are planned in advance and I build flexibility into my schedule to allow for spontaneity.

I also have some esoteric interests that nourish my soul just for the hell of it. They have nothing to do with work, or my family.

But I want you to know it wasn’t always this way, and that I’m only human and do have my mad moments too! However, since learning how to master my mindset when I trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I am world’s away from the person I used to be.

* I have a problem with the idea of work/life “balance” as I think it’s an unobtainable goal. It’s always going to be a juggling act. I also believe that it’s not just about work and life, but also about self. You need to include what nourishes your soul and fills up your energy reserves.
