WHAT IS THE THRIVE PROGRAMME?
The THRIVE programme is a 6-week live online programme that is designed to create significant shifts in your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as your overall life satisfaction in as little as 30 minutes a day.
The THRIVE technique is a meditation-based wellbeing technique. If you’ve struggled with meditation before, please don’t worry, this is a simple technique that doesn’t require any previous experience, or the ability to shut out all thoughts.
The programme as a whole uses a blend of meditation, hypnosis and other psychotherapeutic techniques, and is based on neuroscience and evidence-based practices.
WHO IS IT FOR
This programme is for entrepreneurs and business owners who are trying to cope with stress and anxiety, who struggle with overwhelm and know that something needs to change if they want to make sure they don’t burn out.
