The THRIVE programme is a 6-week live online group programme that is designed to create significant shifts in your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as your overall life satisfaction in as little as 30 minutes a day.

Business owners and entrepreneurs have a statistically higher chance of suffering from mental health issues such as stress and anxiety. We are struggling to balance the demands of running a business with being partners and parents, while neglecting to prioritise our mental and physical health needs.

The THRIVE technique is a meditation-based wellbeing technique. If you’ve struggled with meditation before, please don’t worry, this is a simple technique that doesn’t require any previous experience, or the ability to shut out all thoughts.

The programme as a whole uses a blend of meditation, hypnosis and other psychotherapeutic techniques, and is based on neuroscience and evidence-based practices.

I will teach you my signature THRIVE technique for calm, clarity and heart-centred consciousness, designed to improve your mental and physical health and wellbeing, decreasing stress and improving sleep. You can expect increased productivity, a more positive perspective on life, a deepened sense of gratitude for life and connection to those around you.

Over the course of the first four weeks, there will be weekly live tutorials will teach you the science behind the technique and the mind-body connection, as well as the importance of mental wellbeing as an entrepreneur.

Every weekday morning for the first four weeks I will host a live guided morning ritual to set you up for the day. This ritual will ground you and guide you to set your intention for the day, priming you with hypnotic language to experience a fantastic and successful day.

A daily journaling prompt for those who wish to explore their thoughts and emotions in greater depth.

Every weekday evening for the first four weeks I will post your evening ritual to practice gratitude for what the day held, and to release and let go of any negative energy, challenging encounters or difficult decisions from the day. This may be live or pre-recorded.

Guided hypnotic meditation audios featuring binaural beats to accompany your progress. You can fall asleep listening to these at the end of the day, or use them to take 15 minutes our of your day for yourself.

Pre-recorded bonus video resources will teach you further techniques for improved wellbeing.

Weeks five and six you will continue to use the technique as well as to commit to your own morning and evening ritual. I will be available for support and guidance.

I am Victoria Ward, a Mindset Coach, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. I have taught these techniques and others to many hundreds of clients internationally, achieving fantastic results in reducing stress, resolving anxiety and increasing life satisfaction.
